    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR is delighted to be partnering with a reputable organisation, based in Central London, who are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manger, on a four-month contract.

    For this role, we are also open to hearing from people who work as a limited company / self-employed basis. 

    Reporting to the head of HR, this role will support c.200 employees. You will provide support on all operational HR issues including ER, TUPE, Restructure, Organisational Development.

    Key Duties
    •    Manage a caseload of around 30 ER issues
    •    Work with the recruitment manager with all hiring needs and carry out inductions
    •     Work with the Head of HR to implement a strategy for rewards and benefits
    •    Oversee the payroll
    •    Implement new policies and procedures  

    As a successful HR Manager, you must have experience of working in an HR generalist role within a media or technology company. Along with the below: 
    •    Level 7 CIPD Qualification
    •    Broad  understanding of UK employment law
    •    Experience of developing HR policies and procedures
    •    Excellent stakeholder management
