    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be partnering an international and award winning pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a HR Manager (6 month FTC) to join them in Leicester on a full time basis. Reporting directly to supportive Directors; you will be a self-starter with ideas and enthusiasm to help grow the people within this organisation.

    Your Duties:
    •    Supporting staff recruitment from developing job adverts through to interviewing and offering
    •    Mange new starter and leaver process
    •    Managing all aspects of employee relations
    •    Advising Branch managers and guiding staff members with the policies and procedures
    •    Conducting disciplinary and grievance cases when they arise
    •    Maintaining branch staff rotas
    •    Exploring training opportunities for the different staff
    •    Provide regular communication to the staff on HR policies and updates
    •    Be responsible for reviewing the benefits package
    •    Providing monthly HR updates to the management team
    •    Timely updating of the policies and policies in line with the HR legislations
    •    Working with Sage payment system, BACS
