    Job description

    We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join our client in Cornwall on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role in a new organisation and as such is a fantastic opportunity to truly support and develop your part of the business in its infancy. As part of the HR leadership team, reporting to the Group HRD, you will be responsible for delivering the people plan across multiple sites in the Cornwall area and build up valuable stakeholder relationships, having a real impact.
     
    This is a key opportunity to partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning and significantly contribute towards the business performance.
     
    You will be an experienced HR professional who is well versed in working to the Ulrich business-partnering model.  You will be people focused, with excellent interpersonal, influencing and presenting skills and have experience of working with trade unions and managing TUPE. Strong facilitation and coaching skills are essential as is previous experience of working in a geographically fragmented business, building strong relationships across a diverse client group.
