    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working alongside our client in recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a permanent contract based in Reading.  As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in the resourcing of suitable candidates for various roles.  

    You will be responsible for posting adverts, responding to applicants, printing suitable CV’S and screening applicants to identify suitability.  You will liaise with the management team and diarise interviews and ensure that all arrangements are made.  The role is predominantly administration focussed and so requires some one highly organised and disciplined with an understanding of recruitment processes.  

    The preferred candidate will have:
    1.    At least 2 years working as Resourcer or Recruiter
    2.    Experience of recruitment administration 
    3.    Experience of using social media for recruitment campaigns 
    4.    Understanding of recruitment procedures 
    5.    Understanding of data protection 
    6.    Excellent interpersonal skills, reflecting good listening skills and the ability to establish          good working relationships, quickly gaining the confidence of managers.
