    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be partnering our client based in central London in their search for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join them on an interim basis for c6 months.

    Working with the Pay and Reward Consultant you will support a comprehensive job evaluation and pay and reward programme, liaising with the L&D department for any training requirements needed in the job evaluation.  You will offer advice, guidance as well as and coaching to the HR Business Partner & the HR Strategy and Delivery Manager to increase their knowledge on job evaluation and any pay and reward matters.  You will update the evaluations and records as well as set up and lead on job panel interviews. You will support all programme communication with the entire workforce, whilst managing with any union queries. 

    About you 
    •    Excellent understanding of employment frameworks in the public sector.
    •    Experience of working with all levels of employees on HR issues.
    •    Demonstrable experience of maintaining an accurate and efficient records system.

     Experience of designing employee communications workshops.
