    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are partnering with one of the UK’s largest employers on seeking an experienced Senior Learning and Development Advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC.

    This full 360 role will require you to design, develop and deliver learning solutions in support of the management strategy and plans; in particular relating to management and leadership development.

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
    •    Identify dependencies and interdependencies for the application and embedding of skills and behaviour changes
    •    Designing and delivering management & leadership development programs
    •    Review and update current learning and training programs 
    •    Demonstrate appropriate ROI for leadership and management development solutions 
    •    Maintaining excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the L&D strategy supports the needs of the business
    •    Delivering the local and divisional people strategy 


    What my client is looking for:
    •    Proven L&D experience, should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of development techniques, training tools and learning aids.
    •    CIPD qualified 
    •    Ability to quickly build strong working relationships
