    ·    Leadership and management development
    ·    Training needs analysis
    ·    Design and delivery of learning initiatives
    ·    Create a passport for learning
    ·    Work in conjunction with HR
    ·    E-Learning – promoting the platform

    The candidate:
    ·    CIPD qualified or equivalent training qualification
    ·    Passionate about L&D
    ·    Assertive and confident in your approach
    ·    Experience of working within the public sector would be highly advantageous
    ·    Experience of working within a L&D function is essential
