    We are keen to hear from experienced HR Officers & Advisers who are looking for their next challenge. We are recruiting for a leading organisation in the heart of Leeds who are looking to recruit on an interim basis for a period of 12 months.  In order to be considered for this role candidates must be fully CIPD level 7 qualified or hold extensive equivalent experience.

    Candidates must have a proven track record of managing a wide variety of Employee Relations case work that can be challenging both in terms of complexity and volume.  This is a highly autonomous role requiring a strong and capable HR Generalist with a proactive approach to dealing with a wide variety of people issues.

    You will have excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills coupled with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
