    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a well-respected public sector organisation based in London to support them in finding an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6 months FTC basis.

    The organisation is currently moving through a period of substantial restructures and change and you will be the main point of contact for the change programme in London. You will be mainly responsible for the following business areas located at their London site; external affairs, strategy, governance, legal and executive office.

    You must be a highly experienced HR Business Partner with substantial experience in restructuring and redundancy ideally within the public sector. Also, an understanding of the Civil Service Pensions scheme would be highly desirable. In addition to this, you will be excellent in engaging and communicating with a range of senior managers, staff and colleagues, building positive relationships to achieve outcomes. 

    CIPD qualification or demonstrable similar experience along with the strong employment law knowledge.
