    Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a well-established organisation in seeking an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join the team and drive their recruitment campaigns. This role is temporary ongoing.

    This role will primarily be managing the recruitment process from start to finish to reduce the cost of agency hires and utilize their social media platforms and promote their company brand.

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
    •    Liaising directly with hiring managers to identify the need for recruitment and create JDs
    •    Manage the end to end recruitment process for all level of roles
    •    Using a variety of direct recruitment methods such as LinkedIn
    •    Organise assessment days and support the admin side on this.
    •    Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
    •    Other project and ad hoc HR tasks
    •    General HR administration as and when required

    Essential skill/qualifications:
    •    Proven generalist experience in recruitment 
    •    Experience using various social media platforms
    •    Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practice on recruitment and selection 

    Desired skills/qualifications:
    •    Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
    •    Ideally CIPD qualified
    •    Extensive recruitment experience in engineering sector
