    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working alongside our client in recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent contract in the Cornwall area.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of first level advice and guidance to supervisors and employees and HR administration. 

    They will lead and support appropriate HR programs in the areas of employee engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, HR systems and Learning and Development.
     
    What you need:

    •    Previous HR administration and advisory experience
    •    Strong experience in employee relations meetings, such as disciplinary and grievances
    •    Previous involvement within the administration of the recruitment process
    •    Experience of managing payroll 
    •    Previous experience of supporting talent management 
    •    Understanding of Health and Safety in the work place

    The salary on offer is between £26k - £30k plus bonus.
