    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are working with a client based in Newbury helping them recruit a new HR Manager on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a stable team and enjoy the great benefits they have to offer.

    Reporting into the Head of HR you will be instrumental in delivering the HR Strategy across the business unit. You will provide expert HR advice across the business ensuring that the companies vision, values and objects are achieved. You will contribute to the development of the people plan and lead the implantation by building strong relationships with the senior teams. You will be required to support on complex ER case work so you must be up to date with current employment law.

    To be considered for the role you will be at least a chartered member of the CIPD and qualified up to Level 7. You will have solid experience in a HR Manager position and be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong and effective relationships.
