    Job description

    Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business on a new HR Generalist role based in Northamptonshire.  This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function.  This will be a part time role working 3 days per week.

    You will be involved in managing and driving the HR function to add value.  Working with the leadership team on providing coaching and support on HR targets and identifying and advising on all HR issues.

    You will be involved in managing Employee Relations issues, including grievances, appeal hearing, disciplinaries and any change programmes.  You will also be responsible for managing a HR Executive who supports on the transactional side.

    In terms of upcoming projects, they want someone who is comfortable with identifying and managing the implementation of a HRIS and really drive a performance culture within the business.

    HR Generalist – The Person
    ·    Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
    ·    Strong UK employment law knowledge
    ·    The ability to be able to work with senior management and be able to demonstrate influencing skills
    ·    Can demonstrate experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment.
