    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation based in West London who now have a exciting opportunity for a ambitious HR professional looking to take their next step to become a HR Advisor

    This is new role added to an existing structure due to continued growth of this well-established business who have an outstanding reputation in the market 

    Working as part of a fast moving, forward thinking HR Team, you will work closely with the HR manager who will offer you development and help build your skills.   

    The Role 
    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all employees including key stake holders, you will be providing advice and guiding them on policies and procedures. You will lead low level employee relations issues such as sickness absence, probation and performance. This role will provide exposure to complex employee relations issues and eventually you will be leading these cases. 
    You will also be supporting the HR Manager with projects to ensure the companys strategy is delivered. 

    This role would suit someone looking to develop.
    We would be excited to hear from you if you have the below skills:

    •    Knowledge of sickness absence, probation and performance cases
    •    Experience of being the first point of contact 
    •    Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards one
