    HR OFFICER AND RECRUITMENT OFFICER – PERM – LICHFIELD - £22K to £27K

    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working alongside a leading manufacturing company in Lichfield, who are looking for a HR & Recruitment Officer to join their team. They have a great opportunity for a passionate HR Officer to join them on a full time and permanent basis. 

    The Role:
    ·    Writing and advertising adverts
    ·    Liaising with recruitment agencies
    ·    Look at new ways to bring on new talent and arranging interviews. 
    ·    Keep HR systems and records updated
    ·    Absence management
    ·    Taking minutes
    ·    Assist with the induction of new starter
    ·    Opportunity to support L&D with research of external training providers and delegate attendance of training courses. 

    HR & Recruitment Officer:
    ·    Looking to progress career
    ·    Looking to develop HR and recruitment skills
    ·    Organised and efficient
    ·    Strong IT skills particularly with Word and Excel
    ·    Experience completing a variety recruitment processes
    ·    Previous experience within a HR Position
