    Job description

    Our well respected pharmaceutical client is looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Partner to join them and ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles in their organisation specifically in their financial team.

    The successful candidates for this role will undertake responsibilities such as:

    •    Managing senior stakeholders
    •    Networking with potential candidates
    •    Talent attraction activities. 
    •    Providing a pipeline of highly capable and talented candidates for future roles
    •    360 recruitment Lifecycle 
    •    Taking/writing briefs
    •    Screening candidate
    •    Conducting and coordination interviews
    •    Advising management and stakeholders on market condition 
    •    Conducting research

    An ideal candidate for the role will have a strong track record of success in an in-house recruitment role, and have experience conducting Sourcing [research, mapping, networking and candidate attraction] for roles that have included innovative and research-driven industries where delivering highly qualified candidate pools for hard to fill roles was a top priority.

    This is a 6- month contract role.
