    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are working in partnership with a successful Manufacturing company who are looking for a Part Time (24 hours) Interim HR Manager to cover maternity until September 2018 paying a salary of £35,000 FTE.

    This is a standalone position where you will partner with the leadership team and deliver the full generalist HR remit. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working in a tight knit business where you can influence decisions and be seen as a valued part of the senior team. You will be responsible for the following,

    •    Implement the People Plan for the site
    •    Provide high level support to the Leadership Team for all HR and change management situations.
    •    Provide a high level generalist HR service within a non-unionised environment.
    •    Carry out Employee Relations activities including mediation, grievance and discipline issues.
    •    Contribute to projects and activities within the wider HR and Development Team.
