    Job description


    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity with a leisure organisation based in Northampton to recruit for a HR Administrator on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone to join their HR department for 32 hours a week to help and support the HR Manager by completing day to day administrative duties.   

    In this role you will:
    •    Assist and support Heads of Department with recruitment
    •    Process all administration regarding new starters and leavers 
    •    Set up and maintain all personnel records 
    •    Maintain HR systems 
    •    Co-ordinate identified training and development solutions
    •    Monitor sickness levels 
    •    Assist the Cluster HR Manager in recruitment initiatives, including Recruitment Days, college briefs and initiatives, work experience programmes, etc
    •    Providing practical advice and guidance to colleagues on all employment related matters 
    •    Support with employee relations and staff welfare issues
    •    Assist with ad hoc projects

    The Candidate:
    •    HR Experience
    •    Evidence of being competent to work alone
    •    CIPD or equivalent qualifications (not full CIPD is needed)
    •    Ideally hotel background (not essential)
    •    Organisation & time management skills
    •    Communication skills
