    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be partnering a leading manufacturing organisation who are seeking a HR Manager to join them in Lincoln on a full time basis. Reporting to the Head of HR, in this standalone role you will be responsible for working with the Operations team across the whole employee life cycle, with a clear focus on recruiting and training. You will be the onsite people lead, working with line managers and providing support concerning all people matters.   Due to this being a newly created role once embedded you will be required to also support a site based in Nottinghamshire.

    HR Manager – the role:
    •    Manage employee life cycle processes, to include recruitment activity
    •    Take responsibility for the on-site training strategy
    •    Provide pro-active support and coaching to line managers in dealing with people matters
    •    Manage day-to-day employee relations issues
    •    Raise levels of awareness in relation to health promotion and general wellbeing
    •    Ensure compliant and accurate in the people admin processes
    •    Ensure that communication channels are in place across sites and learnings are shared
    •    Support the Head of HR/HR Business Partner to deliver people plans and projects

    HR Manager – The Person
    •    CIPD qualified/part qualified or relevant degree/other qualification would be desirable
    •    Previous HR generalist experience supporting line managers across the employee life cycle
    •    Specific experience of volume recruitment within Manufacturing would be advantageous
    •    Previous experience within a site management team is desirable
