On receiving your CV, we will invite you in to one of our offices to meet with one of our Consultants at a time convenient to you.
A face to face meeting gives us the opportunity to find out what is important to you, what companies you best fit, explore your experiences in detail and provide expert advice on your CV, the HR market, salary benchmarking and interview technique.
Moving jobs is one of the most important decisions you have to take in life and it is equally important that we help you to make the right choices. Equally you will want to find out about us and how we work, think of the time spent with us as an investment in your future.
We will make every effort to be flexible and fit in with your diary and on some occasions are available to meet you off site or conduct a preliminary interview over the telephone.
Our interview process is comprehensive but enjoyable and will require no more than 1 hour of your time.
Our interview process will be competency based and in some instances involve testing (we will advise you accordingly). As well as ascertaining your HR experience we will work hard to understand your motivations, aspirations, expectations and criteria for your next HR role.
Your Consultant will ask you to complete the following a:
Registration Form
Equalities and Diversity Form
Skills Assessment Form
And will require a:
Photocopy of your current valid passport
Photocopy of your CIPD certificate/current membership card and certificates of qualifications.
Names of Referees covering the past 2 years; if applying for Interim work.
Once you are registered with us we will have regular communication and keep you continually informed of all HR roles suitable for you.
